Responsibilities

I/We am aware that during the tour, or trip certain risk and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling down rivers by boat or raft, horseback-riding, hiking, rock climbing, caving, sailing in open water, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, forces of nature and travel by air, automobile or other conveyance. In consideration of, and a part payment for the right to participate in such trips and other activities, services and food arranged by Maruba Resort, their agents or associates, I have read and do hereby assume all of the above risks and will hold them harmless for any and all liability action, in causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise of or in connection with my trip or participation in any activities arranged by Maruba Resort/Belize It Tours and their agents or administrators and for all members of my family and others accompanying and booked for by me. I have read and accept the conditions outlined above, and enclosed required deposit.
